Cultural Embrace has partnered with several institutions to provide fascinating summer programs for youth and teenagers. These programs are designed for students under the age of 18, who want to experience an adventure! All of our Junior Summer Programs include foreign language lessons, room, board, airport pick-up and transfer, social & cultural activities, weekly excursions, traveler's insurance, and adult supervision. Choose from a variety of destinations with flexible dates. Classes, recreational activities and housing will be separated between specific age groups and language proficiency. Special arrangements can be made for parents and family members that wish to travel with their children. Adult language and cultural programs are available at most locations, as well as customized trips and excursions.
Junior Summer in CHINA
Live, study, play, and practice Chinese with students from around the world aged 7-18 years old. 20 hours of Mandarin Chinese included per week in 8 different language levels. Duration: 2, 3, 4, or 6 weeks in July and August. Location: Beijing or Shanghai.
Junior Summer in COSTA RICA
Experience a combination of fun activities and educational experiences in beautiful Heredia, Costa Rica with other students aged 13-17 years old. From June to August, take 15 hours/week Spanish lesson, enjoy cultural & social activities, and provide volunteer work at local at-need communities. Minimum duration of one week.
Junior Summer in FRANCE
Learn French in four beautiful areas of France. 12-18 years old teenagers can live with carefully select host families to learn French and immerse themselves with the communities in Arcachon Bay, Montpellier, and Saint-Malo. 13-16 years old with at least one year French lessons can join a residential program in Fontainebleau (30 miles from Paris). 2, 3, or 4 week programs include: 15 hours of French lessons, cultural, social & recreational activities, and local excursions.
Junior Summer in GERMANY
Have an incredible summer experience studying, learning, and practicing German in Höchst and Berlin, Germany with students from all around the world. Take 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 weeks in July/August to: study 20 hours of German, learn cultural & recreational activities, and travel around to see local sites.
Junior Summer in ITALY
This residential Italian summer program combines Italian language with sport and creative leisure activities and excursions. Young adults (10-16 years old) will enjoy a summer in beautiful Lignano, Italy, a seaside resort near Venice.
Junior Summer in MEXICO
Our program welcomes 13 to 18 years old teenagers to have a fun and meaningful experience learning Spanish in beautiful Cuernevaca, Mexico. Spanish language, recreational, and cultural activities are included for a minimum duration of one week.
Junior Summer in SPAIN
Learn Spanish in a multicultural, healthy, and friendly environment with 60% Spanish kids and teens. Teenagers from 13-18 years of age are divided at all times into appropriate age groups and corresponding activities. 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks in July and August options are available in Barcelona, Madrid, Marbella, Salamanca, Granada, and Valencia.
